Great little place with fantastic food. Fair price for a very high quality 4 course menu. Highly recommend!

Friendly family run restaurant serving delicious food in a pleasant ambiance. Set menu with a choice from 2 main courses. Most ingredients are fresh and apparently sourced locally. They are then expertly prepared by an obviously very competent chef. Great value for money. The wine menu is comprehensive and the waiter was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely one to try.
What an amazing dinner we had last night ! Food was outstanding, and the dessert was quite possibly the best chocolate dessert of my life! The wine selection is worthy of the region. Excellent way to celebrate my husband birthday!
We went for dinner and were stuck to the 4 course dinner. Delicious and original first dish. Great sauce with the hake. My alternative to the meat dish was regular. Dessert was original and not too sweet. Service took some time to warm up. In the end we had contact with the lady owner I was left in suspense for my alternative which was not to my tasting. Room is nice but small for the number of guests Suppose we need to try it in the summer at the lower priced lunch which does give a choice.
Prepared a fully vegan and/or vegetarian menu upon request and preorder for us which is hard to find. Additionally, vegan dishes were thought through, adding seeds and grains for filling and not just like “leaving out meat and cheese”. We really enjoyed it, since at all other places you usually get “grilled vegs” as a vegan. Nice wine list as well. Small place, so you can get into conversation with the french locals which is also nice. Service could be more friendly and should be improved.
Worth holding a reservation far in advance. Interesting combinations well prepared. The chick pea soup with lightly dressed chick peas was delicious. The chick pea salad with a light vinaigrette was doused with a warm soup at the table. The veal was one of the best I've tasted with a wonderful mushroom side dish. For the more subtle flavors such as salmon and clementines, I found the accoutrements a bit over powering. With the salmon skin, the radishes balanced, but with just the salmon, it was unbalanced. I found the peppermint overpowering in the clementine sorbet. The thyme sorbet with caramel mousse was superb.
i found this restaurant in the michelin guide and booked for a lunch. the main dish with beef was excellent. the apple pie was very delicious. there is nothing else in this town other than this restaurant, however it worths a visit. please book before you go, as i saw them declining customers without reservation.
If you want to sample French cuisine at it's finest this restaurant deserves your utmost attention: all the dishes are cooked with fresh ingredients that the owners find in the local markets, and the food is sublime! Reserve a table in advance since they only do one service and there are only 5 tables, which contributes to the charm of the restaurant!
